I have been trying without success to install scipy-py26 (Mac OS 10.5.8). I have installed gtk+2, and numpy-py26 has already been installed successfully. I have installed the version of X11, 2.3.2.1 that was recommended after an initial gtk installation failed.
I have run (multiple times) "fink selfupdate" and "fink update-all" but I still get the error message: Failed: phase compiling: scipy-py26-0.8.0-1 failed Any suggestions for how to get scipy to install would be appreciated. Thanks a lot Ross
