Amir,

Apparently, there is a problem with Xcode 4. I also had installed version 
4. When I uninstalled it and reinstalled version 3, the build and compile 
errors associated with OCaml went away. There are instructions available 
on the web for completely uninstalling Xcode; I am sorry that I do not 
have the instructions handy.
