We don't actually _support_ running a 10.6 distro on 10.7 as of yet. Unfortunately, one of the things that breaks on upgrade is fink itself--though one can replace all the instances of "perl-5.10.0" with "perl-5.10" in fink's modules (/sw/lib/perl5/Fink.pm, and everything in /sw/lib/perl5/Fink/) to get fink to run. At that point you may be able to try "fink rebuild molmol" to see if it behaves better when actually built on 10.7. As to whether the maintainer has looked at it, that's up to him and his schedule.
