I upgraded one of the dependencies to libnice-0.1.0 which partially unblocks the pidgin-sipe upgrade to 1.11.2, but encountered some other issue and forgot about it. Oh yes, our gmime is too old and also needs to be upgraded to 2.6. I can look into it.
