The Fink distribution on 10.7 is separate from that for 10.4-10.6, and not all packages have been moved. We're taking the opportunity to test them first. Jeremy hasn't been an active maintainer in a long time (we keep forgetting to mark his packages as unmaintained), and nobody else had tested and added xmahjongg to the 10.7 tree yet. I just tested it, an it worked for me, so I've added it to the 10.7 distribution.
