It is difficult to help without knowing what have already done. Do you have Fink already installed and working? If not, follow these instructions to get Fink (a package manager that will allow you to get and install molmol): http://www.finkproject.org/download/srcdist.php and then follow the directions in the paragraph below to actually get molmol. If you already have Fink installed and working, get the latest Fink package description files and build molmol by running these commands in Terminal.app: fink selfupdate fink install molmol This should then build molmol and all the various other packages that it needs to run.
