Xm/XmAll.h is provided by the package openmotif4, and Fink's xpdf has an 
explicit BuildDepends on openmotif4 so it should be found.

Do you have the file /sw/include/Xm/XmAll.h ?

Can you also show the actual compiler command that gave that error?
