If you tried this after Dave's suggestion, then you deleted the files I
wanted information about. :-)  Try the command above again.

Also, go ahead and get rid of the "NoAutoIndex" line in
/sw/etc/fink.conf ("fink configure" should be do that according to the
messages that come up).
