KDE4 unfortunately isn't available on 10.7+.  While I have gotten it to 
_build_ for testing, it does not run well at all, with the kinit stuff 
failing to communicate with any of the components.  Without kinit, the 
KDE4 programs just don't work.

And my basic programming abilities are too minimal to even figure out 
where the failures are occurring (never mind coming up with a solution). 
I can point people to where things stand if there is interest/ability by 
a volunteer to try and solve things with KDE4.
