Dear All,

I try to install fink from the source on Mac OS X 10.8.4 according to the
posted instructions. First, I installed Xcode 4.6.3, then continued with
installing fink.

However, when I do ' ./bootstrap' using 'sudo', I get the following error
message:

"Checking package... looks good (fink-0.34.7).

Checking system... i386-apple-darwin12.4.0

This system was not released at the time this Fink release was made.
Prerelease versions of Mac OS X

might work with Fink, but there are no guarantees.

Distribution: 10.8

Architecture: x86_64

Checking cc... not found.

ERROR: There is no C compiler on your system. Make sure that the Developer
Tools are installed."

How do I fix this?

Thank you very much for your kind help!

Best regards,

Erich
