Absolutely no idea without seeing the end of the output because there 
are many possible reasons for the phase 2 bootstrap to fail.  There's no 
way for us to tell what package failed, even, without that.

Also, one possible source of problems is that your Xcode.app and 
command-line tools are out of sync.  See if updating your Xcode.app to 
5.1.1 improves things.  I'd recommend removing the /sw directory that 
was created by the first attempt so that you can use the binary 
distribution later--unless you've got a reason not to.
