We can’t do much here. The files are available, so the problem is a
connectivity issue on your end. That’s a matter to take up with your service
provider.
However you might check whether you can download the files by another method,
such as in Safari. If you can do that, let us know, and I can tell you where
to adjust the curl timeout interval to give you more time.
