The error with libvpx is completely separate from the fink package.

libvpx is known not to work with Xcode 6.3. We have been switching packages to
use an updated version, libvpx14, which does work. Unfortunately, “fink
update-all" will still fail if libvpx is installed. We can’t remove it until
no other packages use it.
See if you can just remove libvpx, which doesn’t need to be installed at
runtime for anything, and then try to update your remaining packages. The one
major package that is still using the old libvpx is ffmpeg. If you have that
installed, then I suggest checking in with the ffmpeg maintainer about the
possibility of switching that over.
