Thanks for the enlightenment. I've created one symbolic link from /opt/X11
to /usr/X11R6 and it'll solve this issue which may be due to system
upgrade. I guess a reinstallation of Xquartz will do the same trick.
However, I've encountered another issue from its dependency package:
Can't resolve dependency "gcc48" for package "hdf-4.2r4-1003" (no matching
packages/versions found)
Any thought about gcc48 package?
