Possibly, although it may work OK with the system’s built-in version, too, 
which makes setting the dependency more complicated.

We briefly had an extutils-makemaker* in Fink with the wrong behavior because 
something changed in the build, which was presumably the one you had installed. 
 Version 7.06-1 fixes that.
