What command did you run? The versions of gnuplot, libssh2.1, libcurl4-shlibs, and libnghttp2.14-shlibs currently in the binary distribution are newer than the versions which you were trying to download, and those older versions aren’t even present. There is _no_ version of octave382 in the binary distribution currently. It looks like your package descriptions are outdated. Try using “fink selfupdate” and then “fink install octave”.
