Dear Hans,
I performed the command you asked for. This is the result:
/Users/***chio*/build/boost-2.0/boost_1_40_0/boost/thread/detail/platform.hpp
/Users/***chio*/build/rosetta-3.5/rosetta_source/external/boost_1_46_1/boost/thread/detail/platform.hpp
/sw/include/boost-1_53/boost/atomic/detail/platform.hpp
/sw/include/boost-1_53/boost/thread/detail/platform.hpp
/sw/include/rdkit/boost/atomic/detail/platform.hpp
/sw/include/rdkit/boost/thread/detail/platform.hpp
I don't know which one of these could be masking, but I guess one from the
rdkit, or should I uninstall boost1.53?
Cordially, Marco.
