Any of the gcc5-compiler and gcc6-compiler packages have the GNU 
gfortran compiler at /sw/bin/gfortran-fsf-5 (or -6). If you install the 
package gcc5 or gcc6, you get the unversioned file at /sw/bin/gfortran

If you need to search for which package contains a specific file, the 
URL <http://pdb.finkproject.org/pdb/filefind.php> helps you
