Audio support for macosx needs to be rewritten using v2 AudioUnit APIs for
x86_64.
CDROM support tangled with audio support requiring it to be disabled.
Quartz header changes breaking cocoa-video so resorted to x11gl video with
header fix from MacPorts's sdl package. Filed bug report on audio API changes...
