Log Message:
New arj package version
* Taking over as maintainer: Old maintainer did not reply
for over a month to emails, and has not been active for
several years anyway
* "New" upstream version (from 2005)
* Fixed building with GCC 4 and on 10.6
* May have regressions on 10.5, feedback is welcome!
