In addition to updating the copyrights in base-files from 2011 to 2013, I've changed init.sh.in and init.csh.in such that init.sh and init.csh won't add /usr/X11R6/bin to the PATH if any X11*/bin is there, e.g. /usr/X11R6/bin, /usr/X11/bin, and /opt/X11/bin, to avoid having multiple entries.
Also, I noticed commit [37b23cf] from Daniel added a podfiles stub for 5.12.3, but I don't see one for 5.12.4 as the 10.8 system Perl.
