Hm, yeah. The thing is, the check for the package name is not always 
"correct". E.g. in the case of the units package, the descriptiojn 
also starts with the word "Units" - but using it to refer to, err 
well, "Units", not the program, so it's legal. I don't see an easy 
way to cover both cases elegantly, but maybe somebody else has?
