I appreciate the kind words, particularly given your inauspicious first
experience : ).
"Binary->Install" works on both of my systems at home. Based on the
error message, it looks there's a problem with my password
authentication method. Did the password dialogue come up before this
happened?
I'll take a look at the code tonight to see if I can figure out what
might be causing this. Password authentication was actually one area I
was hoping I might get some help on, perhaps from Finlay, if he's
interested. I've been reading some of the archived discussions on the
OmniGroup Cocoa developers' mailing list, and he seems to have a great
understanding of the Security Framework.
