Exactly. But to be able to checking, you must chekout as somebody who 
has write access, and not as anonymous, in so far Alexander's 
question is valid, partially.

The answer is, you "fink selfupdate-cvs" will just cvs update 
whatever is there. So, one way is to scrap your current 
/sw/fink/dists, and replace it manually with a CVS checkout of your 
own. But this way, you'd loose all .deb's etc! So the best way 
probably is to write a script that "fixes" all CVS/Root files to 
contain the correct root, e.g.:

:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/fink
