The site, caml.inria.fr, seems to be experiencing major problems.
Someone even complained about its disappearance on comp.lang.ml
today. This is unfortunate. I don't know of any mirrors, but I
have a local copy of the ocaml-3.04 downloads. I will put them on
my iDisk (temporarily). Fetch the following files and put them in
/sw/src.
