Fink 0.4.0 released

Fink 0.4.0 was released today. The source release and the binary
installer are now available for download:

As usual, the bulk of the binary packages will be made available
gradually over the next few days as the packages are being built and
uploaded. If you miss something, just keep hitting "[U]pdate" in
dselect.
With Fink 0.4.0, Mac OS X 10.1 is the operating system of choice.
System 10.0 is not officially supported anymore, and if you still use
it, installing the (free) upgrade to 10.1 is strongly recommeded.
