This topic has also come up on the unix-porting list. As far as I know, no Fink packages currently enable prebinding of any of their libraries. I don't understand the prebinding system very precisely, but I suspect that we could implement this in Fink but if we did so we would need to add some "redo prebindings" calls somewhere in our installation procedure.
This might be worth doing: the tradeoff between extra time during installation and saved time when programs are run sounds good to me.
