Following Max's suggestion, my next batch of new splitoff packages are packages which combine together existing foo and foo-shlibs packages into a single .info file, using the SplitOff field. The new packages have been put into shared-libraries/splitoff, and if there are no objections they will be moved to unstable in 1-2 days and to stable a week later. The packages are:
