Very bad. Wonder why I didn't catch it, since actually the bindist 
was bootstrapped via source as well (of course).

Anyway, I hate it when they do this. Also, I wonder about myself why 
I forgot to fix the URL of debianutils to point to our copy of it.. 
hrmpf, will fix that ASAP.

Still, curse on the debian folks! Why o why do they have to kill old 
tar balls for essential packages like this?
