This has come up again on the fink-beginners list.

Since we are not releasing 0.4.0a, is it OK if I put a .deb of the updated
system-tetex package into 
  http://fink.sourceforge.net/bindist/dists/fink-0.4.0/main/binary-darwin-powerpc/text/
?  Max, is there anything I would need to do other than depositing it there
and making sure the permissions are OK?  I want to be sure the binary-only
users will find it.
