Xavier, Did you mean there is a group specializing in porting NetBSD packages to Darwin? If so, where can it found? I would like to see how they are doing it.
To reply to the rest of the thread I agree with the other responses. One might also wonder why FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD etc. have not themselves merged. There are some good articles talking about this on their websites, one reason is each specializes in different aspects of the OS and contributions are shared among each, they are not competing with each other. The Open source model of software development is a little different than the commercial-competitive model.
