Sure, a wiki would be fine. But if you have packaging tips and tricks, 
you are welcome to submit them as a patch for fink's packaging manual 
itself. I have been meaning to write up a packaging tips and tricks 
page. But if you have the time to do it, please do.

Also needed is a step-by-step guide to making a fink package, and a 
"checklist" to go through before submitting one (ie, "fink validate", 
make sure everything is in the .deb, check all the shlibs, etc)
