I do agree with this, though. We should update it to note the other file, since there are some tools that make a .tcshrc file, which ends up making your .cshrc file useless.
I agree and add that I think it is rather urgent. This came up at least 5 times during the last two days. It wouldn't be hard to complete the instructions by things like

"If you use tcsh (the default on Mac OS X), add the following line to the file .cshrc in your home directory (If you already have a file ..tcshrc, use this instead):"

The problem is that a quick grep through the fink web files shows 42 occurrences of ".cshrc", so this means some substantial work.
Feel free to add it, it is certainly a faq. :)
