You need to move both .info and .patch files into the stable tree (in the
same subdirectory as they were in the unstable tree).  Not every package has a
.patch file, but if it does, it must be moved.

"Move" actually means "copy"; we leave it in unstable, as well.

Also, if there is an earlier version of the same package already in the stable
tree, you should remove the earlier version.
