I took a look into configure script of gdk-pixbuf. Only difference between
with and without gnome seems was existence of libgnomecanvaspixbuf and
it's header file.

It suggests us that we can split off gdk-pixbuf-shlibs package into no-gnome
and gnome part or can build them separately.
