Hi Jean-Francois.

The downgrade I made was to version 2.0 of fancyhdr.sty, which has a date of
October 11, 2000. It is the most recent "old" version, having been replaced
by version 2.1 on December 9, 2002. I had to hunt quite a while on the
internet to find it, but I was able to locate a copy, and the license permits
redistribution.

The reason for making doxygen Depend on this rather than just BuildDepend is
that apparently, the TeX output of doxygen (when it is used to produce other
documentation) relies on this older version of fancyhdr.sty. It is the
upstream authors of doxygen who will need to fix this in the long run, not the
Fink maintainers.

  Best,
  Dave
