In the course of repairing some problems with the libpng3 package today, I discovered that one of the libraries installed by libpng3-shlibs was erroneously given a -compatibility_version of 0.0.0. I have changed this to the correct version, but I'm afraid that if any other packages linked to this, they may break.
Please let me know if you find packages reporting dyld errors for libpng12.0.dylib . I'm not sure exactly what to do about this, other than telling users to rebuild affected packages, but if there are many of them we might issue a new version of fix-fink which addresses the problem. (However, I suspect that most packages will have linked to libpng.3.dylib instead of libpng12.0.dylib, and the versioning in that case is OK.)
