FAQ 3.18 is not sufficient for this; rather, add a seperate FAQ entry "What is the difference between .tcshrc and .cshrc" or so, and maybe link to it from the appropriate places (like 3.18).
Perhaps we should continue to tell them to add it to ~/.cshrc, and then say that if ~/.tcshrc exists, add "source ~/.cshrc" to ~/.tcshrc.
