There are a few packages which we decided didn't belong in 10.2; I'm not
sure if there is a list of those anyplace.

Back in December, I posted to the "package request tracker" all of the
remaining 10.1 packages which hadn't yet been ported to 10.2 (and weren't
in the group which shouldn't be moved).  You can still find many of those
on the package request tracker, the group posted by me (dmrrsn) between
#654092 and #654620.  In all cases, I posted the 10.1 fink files to 
help somebody get started with the porting.
