I got the attached error report via the bug tracker. See the middle of
the report for the most recent message. I've never seen that particular
cvs error before, with "test." Is there any chance its an unintended
consequence of the changes made to cvs yesterday?

Category: Package: Build problem

Status: Closed
Resolution: Invalid
Priority: 5
Submitted By: Franck Marchis (fmarchis)
Assigned to: David R. Morrison (dmrrsn)
Summary: transfig.3.2.3d.tar.gz

Initial Comment:

I tried to install xfig using 'fink'
everything works fine until it tries to install transfig

Make your choice: [2] 2
rm -f /sw/src/transfig.3.2.3d.tar.gz
curl -f -L -O http://www.xfig.org/xfigdist/transfig.3.2.3d.tar.gz
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Curr.
Dload Upload Total Current Left Speed
  0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 --:--:-- 0:00:00 --:--:-- 0
100 8995 100 8995 0 0 15992 0 0:00:00 0:00:00 0:00:00 8995
The checksum of the file transfig.3.2.3d.tar.gz of package transfig-3.2.3d-7
is incorrect. The most likely cause for this is a corrupted or incomplete
download. It is recommended that you download it again. How do you want to
proceed?

(1) Give up
(2) Delete it and download again
(3) Assume it is a partial download and try to continue
(4) Don't download, use existing file

I looked at www.xfig.org/xfigdist and I could not find transfig.3.2.3
only the 3.2.4 is available

what should I do?

thanks
F.

If you will run "fink selfupdate-cvs" you will get new
packages for xfig and transfig version 3.2.4.

See the Fink FAQ,
