What's the current situation with essential packages in 10.2-gcc3.3 and 10.3? Exactly what should we BuildDepends or Depends on vs. what is implicitly always there and need/should not be specified?
Is an end user ever going to have more than one of the major trees (10.3, 10.2-gcc3.3, 10.2) active and available at once?
