Are implicit/sub-depends relationships valid, or do they need to be noted explicitly? Let's say there is a package B-shlibs that is marked "Depends: C-shlibs", and otool -L for files in package A shows linking against files in both B-shlibs and C-shlibs. Does A have to list Depends for both B-shlibs and C-shlibs, or is it sufficient to list B-shlibs?
