Cool feature, but i don't like the name of the setting... it is confusing. "Will match?" then do what? Ignore those, or choose those? :) (i presume choose)

How about something like DefaultPackageMatch: <regex>

Newbies who don't know what a regex is can just put ssl there, and it will all make sense and be more clear IMO.
