Virtual package for Apple's incomplete gimp-print install.

Out of curiosity, if this is in /usr/lib, it's not really of any use to fink packages anyways, since the install_name is different, right? Or are we not providing our own gimp-print and/or always linking the apple one?

Fink packages should always compile against the same lib path, so it's not useful as a replacement for a "real" gimp-print-shlibs....

I'm going to package the headers for it, but use the system version. Gimp-Print has to install stuff into CUPS to be useful, and that would be violating our sandbox.
