Here is another regression:
Alternative BuildDependencies do not seem to be recognized any more.

Case 1: ttfmkfontdir has a BuildDepends on
freetype | freetype-hinting
When I "fink rebuild ttfmkfontdir" (it is already installed), it says

[...]

Can't reproduce this problem with latest fink CVS (i.e. it *does* offer me the choice between the two packages), maybe my two fixes from today fixed it? Please, could you try if latest fink CVS solves your problems?

[...]

Case 2: freetype has a BuildDepends on
%N-shlibs (= %v-%r) | freetype-hinting-shlibs (= %v-%r)

When I say "fink install freetype", it says

The following package will be installed or updated:
 freetype
The following additional package will be installed:
 freetype-hinting-shlibs
Do you want to continue? [Y/n]

If I answer yes, it goes ahead and builds freetype-hinting-shlibs-1.3.1-6, although I have freetype-hinting-shlibs-1.3.1-7 already installed!

In that case, it shouldn't even ask you to install that -shlibs pkg. Hrm.

And the deb for freetype-shlibs-1.3.1-6 exists, it could just be unpacked.

Case 2 happens both on fink-0.17.4-1 and on fink-0.18.0-1.

What I get with latest CVS is even worse: I had none of the freetype* pkgs installed. I did a "fink install freetype-hinting-shlibs". Then I did "fink install freetype" and got:
Failed: Internal error: node for freetype-hinting-shlibs already exists
Ouch.

Bye,

Max
