fix regression I reported on fink-devel (with swi-prolog as example). Relatives of a package can't (and mustn't) be build dependencies of the package, since they are built at *exactly the same time*.
Now Depends is ignored at build time (again).
Please provide a test case (no need for a special file, but if you can point me at any pkg in CVS where this causes problems, please tell me), then I can take a look at it.
