These are old info files that you probably have from backups after doing
an install/upgrade at some point. It is safe to delete them, and you
won't get the warnings anymore.
While this is the correct, I'm afraid that the actual cause here is a
problem with some of our rsync mirrors. I've seen cases where these files
have been removed by hand, but then have come back in an update. It's
always this same small collection of files.
