Chapter 5 deals with the fink.conf file, which only affects the behavior of the fink command. However, in this chapter, "Fink" (i.e. the distribution) is used rather than "fink". Similarly, Chapter 6 is basically the fink manpage, but uses "Fink" in many places.
If nobody objects, I'm going to change the offending cases to make it explicitly clear that these sections have nothing to do with the binary tools. After all, FInk != fink (except on an HFS+ filesystem ;-).
