This is a very bad policy, since you may not be aware of possible changes to fink which may break your packages or users' systems. They should be filtered through a developer before being used by users IMO.

Anyway, it looks like pogma gave you cvs commit access, so please commit your packages and do it that way. They are still on the tracker.
