Thanks very much for your contribution to fink.

You only need to use the tag "GCC: 3.3" if your package compiles any C++
code.  (Typically, in this case, you would notice a line during the
configure step about checking for c++ or g++.)  The reason we have to
tag that is that the gcc compiler has changed the way it compiles C++
code in incompatible ways as the version has been revised.

If there is no C++ code, there is no reason to use the GCC: tag.
